Holiday time

Happy Holiday's everyone. I hope that you are all having a wonderful holiday season. I am closed during the holiday time. I wasn't having any business and felt that this is a time of year that I need to concentrate on my family.
I am trying new items for the menu and hope to add a few more for next year. I will be posting a menu to start on January 5th, 2010. So please keep your eyes and ears open for new and exciting menu.

November 30th-December 4th

Tis the season of more crazy lives. With parties, shopping, and last minute things to do. If you are having one of those days let me provide you a homemade meal in the comfort of your home. Hot and ready delivered to your door ready to eat when you get it. What could be better:

Tuesday 1stI will be Making Chicken Parmesan Served with a side of Spaghetti and Marinara Sauce. Caesars salad and Cheesy Garlic Bread. dessert Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookie Mousse ($35.00 prep and supply costs)

Wednesday 2ndBeefy-Cheesy Enchilada's, with a side of salsa and chips. Banana Pudding for Dessert.(This is for a family of 4 (+) for $30.00 prep and supply costs)

Thursday 3rdOven roasted thick crusted Pork chops with apply-cranberry chutney, Green Beans, and Hashbrown cassarole and yummy cheesy bread to finish off the meal. My famous No Baked Cheesecake.(Dinner for 4/ $35.00)

Friday 4thSirloin Beef Tips over butter egg noodles,Green Beans, Ceasar Salad, and Banana Pudding ($35.00 for a family of 4 prep and supply costs)

Thanksgiving dishes

I am providing items for Thanksgiving... Desserts, and sides. Please go to my blog to see what is available.. If you have to bring an item to Thanksgiving and you don't have time or just don't want to do it.. Let me provide your dish and you can just sit back and relax! Thanks for all your support :)


Desserts
1. 9x11x3 dish of Banana Pudding $25.00, this dish of Pudding should feed at least 10-15 people.
2. 9x11x3 dish of my famous Chocolate, Chocolate chip cookie Mousse. $25.00. This dish of Mousse should feed at least 10-15 people
3 9x17x1 Chewy Chocolate Cake $20.00. This is Bill's family secret recipe. This pan of yummy cake should feed at least 10-15 people.
4. 9 inches long Pumpkin roll $20.00. This is a cake rolled up with a yummy sweet cream cheese mixture. This is the so great and twist to a normal pumpkin pie.

Side Dishes
1. 9x11x2 dish of Hash Brown Casserole. This will be mixed and ready to pop in your oven right before you need to serve it to your table for a hot and warm side dish. No one will never know it isn't your hard work.
2. 1 pint of my Southern Fresh Green Bean with yummy bits of bacon running through them. You can buy one pint or 6. A pint will feed at least 3-5 people. A pint of the great beans is only $6.50
3. 1 pint of my honey brown sugar glazed baby Carrots. The Carrots should feed at least 3-5 people for only $7.00
4. 1 pint of my famous Apple-cranberry Chutney. This my yummy fresh chunky Apple sauce with whole cranberry sauce mix together. A pint of the Chutney will be $7.50, this should feed at least 4-7 people.

If you order any of the pints for additional pint I will take $1.00 off. If you need more than a pint please call me for prices.

November 2nd-6th

Hope everyone haS a wonderful weekend with all the fall festivals and Halloween fun! I am so excited that next weekend is our Downtown with the Diva's event. I hope everyone comes out and enjoy the great products that will be there. Christmas is right around the corner, this would be a great start!!!

Monday 2nd I will be Making Chicken Parmesan Served with a side of Spaghetti and Marinara Sauce. Caesars salad and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Bill's famous Chewy Chocolate Cake. ($35.00 prep and supply costs)


Tuesday 3rd Mexican Tuesday~ Burrito Pie- Layers and layers of yummy Mexican goodness. This meal has layers of ground beef, cheese, refried beans (low fat), more cheese, and black beans. To start the meal I am providing salsa and chips. Finishing this meal with a big bowl of my famous banana pudding. ($30.00 for a serving size to feed a family of 4 prep and supply costs)


Wednesday 4th Chicken Tetrazanni, Ceasar Salad, and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Dessert Chocolate chocolate chip cookie Mousse (Dinner for 4 $30.00 for prep and supply costs)


Thursday 5th Oven roasted thick crusted Pork chops with apply-cranberry chutney, Fresh Green Beans, and Herb roasted Potato's and yummy cheesy bread to finish off the meal. For Dessert, Butter Recipe Cake with homemade fudge icing(Dinner for 4 $35.00 for prep and supply cost)


Friday 6th Shephards pie, ceasar salad, cheesy bread and for dessert; brownies ($25.00 for a family of 4 for a prep and supplies)

Oct 26th-Oct 30th

This week is a busy week for the Curtis Bunch. We Have Bill's Birthday on Monday, Bill's parent are driving down for a long weekend to celebrate Bill's Grandmothers 95th Birthday On the 31st! Of course Trick-r-treating on Saturday too! What busy times, but will enjoy having my in-laws visiting. Tylar gets to meet his Papaw for the first time and also gets to see his Gram again. The kids are excited too! I will not be cooking on Friday 30th because we will be visiting with family, sorry guys.
