Possible idea coming soon........

I have been asked for a lunch menu. The goal is to stay under $5.00 items and specials of course. I will be willing to do this as long as I have enough people interested. I would also want to know what everyone would like to have available. Here are a few ideas that I am thinking: sandwiches; chicken salad (chunky chicken, celery, cranberry, and mayo), Turkey, Ham, a few different cheeses, etc. Maybe meatball hoggies, salads, pasta salad, potato salad, mac n' cheese, wraps, soups (weather premitting) then some deserts... Brownies, lemon squares, gooey cake slices, etc.

These are a few of my ideas. Please give me your imput so that I can provide items that everyone would be interested in.

I am so excited about the adventure that I have started and am loving that I have been able to provide dinner for families with such a busy schedule that would have possibly gone through a drive-thru. I was able to provide a homemade meal that is good for you!

Thank you for your support.

Hello everyone,

I want to first of all thank everyone for getting the word out about my new adventure. This week has been a busy week for me and an awesome one in the same breath. I have made some of my favorite meals for friends and their families. Which makes me happy.
Special thanks go out to Kim Edgy and Carrie Fanton for getting the word out for me.

Ok here goes for pricing:
The dinners are made for a family of "4", my 4 and someone else four may differ. I have been told that it will feed up to 6 people with the amount of food I give. So, I guess my portion are large portion for 4 people, lol.
The prices range from $25.00 to $35.00 which includes the following : an entree', side dish(s), a bread and a desert. I can provide plastic ware, napkins and plates too.
I am hoping to do a weekly menu. As long as my life slows down starting next week I will post the menu late Saturdays or Early Sunday for everyone to have an idea. I can usually take orders up till about 3pm. Sometimes, I will ran out by then, but you can always try. I try to make for 5 servings right now. Of course the busier I get the more I will make. This has been a blessing for me. I wanted to provide a homemade meal for my friends and family and it has developed into this wonderful adventure and I thank all of you for this.

If there is something special that you would like me to make, please don't hesitate to ask. I love to try new recipes and my family loves to be my guinea pigs. I have a lot of recipes that I make and hope to make more in the future.

Thank you again for supporting me and the adventure I have started.

Tuesday's Yummy Meal.

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my first BLOG! Yeah; ok where to start. Well, first of all thank you to all my friends and family that have supported me and the new adventure I am starting. To give everyone a little history of this adventure. My Mom broke her arm about a month ago. So, I made dinner for my parents and made sure that they had something to eat everyday. Then I had a couple of friends that had a bad day and I took them a meal or two. Well one thing lead to another and here we are,my new adventure.

Today (TUESDAY Sept. 15th) I have on tap is a beautiful Rosemary Herb encrusted Pork Tenderloin with Apple-Cranberry Chutney. Served with Tasty Roasted Herb Potatoes and Fresh Green Beans. A Honey Wheat Roll finishs off the meal but doesn't finish your dinner. Once your tummy has settle down you can serve up a healthy dish of homemade Peach Cobbler with fresh Whipped Cream.

So if you are running and don't see yourself getting close to your kitchen until well after dark, give me a ring and I will come running with your dinner for your beautiful family. I will even provide paper products and plastic ware for easy clean up. ;)

Stay tune for Wednesday's menu......

Thanks for following me and my new adventure.
